Monachofolitses

Monachofolitses is a family-run aparthotel located 60 metres from the Archaeological Museum of Kimolos and less than 1 km from Rema Beach, on the edge of Chorio village. The 4-star property offers allergy-free units with air conditioning, private bathrooms, tea and coffee makers, refrigerators, and work desks. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, soundproofing, and a private bathroom with shower and slippers. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast with local specialities, served fresh and homemade by owner Elektra and her daughter. The hotel provides free WiFi throughout, daily housekeeping, room service, and luggage storage, with staff speaking both Greek and English. Outdoor spaces include a garden, sun terrace, and outdoor seating, while family amenities include baby safety gates and a playpen. Monachofolitses is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Chorio, with the Folklore & Naval Museum of Kimolos 500 metres away and Goupa Kara Beach nearby. Milos Island National Airport is 20 km from the property, and the hotel offers parking and key access. A notable review from a guest mentions that the common outside area and characterful rooms were appreciated, though the same guest noted the air conditioning switched off when the bathroom door was open, which they found slightly distracting.
